1. Information We Collect

RIVO collects account details, prompts, reference materials and project content needed to provide the AI studio. If you engage Done For You, we also process the business, brand, funnel, booking and lead information you choose to provide for that managed service. We record the version and time of your acceptance of our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, plus basic technical context such as browser user-agent and language, as evidence of that acceptance.

When you paste a website, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube link, to fill in a project's brand or to use a video as a reference, RIVO reads that public page, profile or video. From a brand link we keep its name, what it sells, its tone and colors, and only the logo and product photos selected for the project; everything else is discarded. Reference videos are downloaded only to be analyzed and are deleted right after. If the brand belongs to a client, you are responsible for having their permission to give it to RIVO.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use this information to operate and improve the AI studio, fulfill generation requests and, when contracted, deliver Done For You setup and ongoing operation. Our team may use the information you provide to build content, funnels, booking flows and follow-up automations on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Privacy of Your Projects

Projects, generations, scripts and workspaces are private by default within the access controls of your account. People you authorize may see shared content. For Done For You, authorized RIVO team members may access the information needed to build and operate the service you contracted.

4. Data Retention

• Projects & Generations: We will store your generated images, videos, and scripts on our servers while your account is active. When you delete a project, script, scene, or generation, the corresponding files are permanently removed from our storage. However, we reserve the right to delete the file history and projects of inactive accounts (without an active subscription and without any logins) after 12 months of inactivity.
• Credits: If you cancel your subscription, your remaining unused credits stay on your account. Once the paid period ends, paid plan benefits and monthly credit grants stop, and retained credits can be used subject to the limits available without an active paid subscription. If you later choose a plan with a lower rollover cap than your retained plan-credit balance, the retained credits remain; new monthly grants pause until the plan-credit balance drops below that cap.
• Right to Delete Any Account Data: Regardless of account activity or subscription status, RIVO reserves the right to delete, restrict, or permanently remove any stored content, projects, or account data at any time and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that: (a) the account has been used to generate harmful, illegal, explicit, or otherwise policy-violating content; (b) the account poses a security or integrity risk to the platform or other users; (c) the account exhibits prolonged inactivity patterns inconsistent with active use; or (d) any other circumstances that, in RIVO's sole judgment, warrant data removal to protect the platform and its users.

Your previous creations and projects will remain securely stored and accessible to you until you delete them or they are removed under any of the conditions described above.

5. Payment Data

External payment providers handle checkout and card details for self-service subscriptions and credit packs. RIVO receives the purchase and subscription status needed to grant access and credits; we do not store card numbers for these purchases. Done For You payment terms and the processor used are disclosed before you agree to that service.

6. Cookies & Analytics

RIVO may use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, authenticate your account, and ensure the basic functionality of the platform. We may also collect anonymous usage data to understand how the service is used and to improve it over time. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information. By using RIVO, you consent to the use of these essential cookies. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of the service.

7. Third-Party Access & AI Providers

To fulfill generation requests, we send prompts, reference media and generation settings to the provider selected for the model, including APIMart, Runware or fal.ai. The AI assistant sends prompts and relevant project context through Vercel AI Gateway to language-model providers. If you engage Done For You, we may also use the booking, messaging, CRM and automation services you approve to operate your funnel; those services may receive the lead and contact information needed for the workflow. These providers have their own privacy terms. RIVO does not use your inputs to train its own foundational AI models.

Public pages and social profiles you link are read directly or through ScrapeCreators, a public social data provider, and reference videos are analyzed by an AI provider through the same AI gateway.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. RIVO and its creator cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

RIVO is developed and maintained by an independent sole creator. The service is provided "AS IS" without any guarantees regarding uptime, data loss prevention, or continuous operation. We shall not be held liable for any data breaches, loss of data, or damages arising from the use of the service. By using RIVO, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

At our sole discretion, we may modify or replace this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice on the RIVO website or by sending you an email. It is your responsibility to check the Privacy Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
