To film it, pick a plan; your first month comes with a welcome discount for 24 hours. If you'd rather explore first, you enter the studio with 100 free credits, one project, the basic models and Generate mode. The AI assistant, guided videos and premium models need a plan.

Credits are used to generate AI content on RIVO. Each model has its own credit cost based on compute price, duration, resolution, quality, and whether you use reference media. Your plan adds a monthly credit allowance after payment is confirmed. Every paid plan can also buy one-time credit packs; pack credits are added after successful payment and stay separate from your monthly plan credits.

No. The plan credit cap applies to monthly plan credits only. Pack credits are purchased separately, do not reduce your monthly refill, and are not removed just because your plan balance reaches its cap. Free accounts cannot buy packs; paid plans can only buy packs made for their active plan.

New subscriptions are currently monthly. Existing annual subscriptions continue on their current terms, with credits added each month.

No. Done For You is a fully managed service arranged after a call, from $997 per month, the same every month, with no setup fee. The first month our team builds your content strategy and your website, however complete it needs to be; every month it makes up to 15 finished videos and reviews with you how they did. More videos, integrations and extras are quoted on the call. It has no customer-facing credit balance or self-serve access.

Existing annual subscriptions continue on their original terms. Contact support to arrange a move to a monthly plan at the end of your paid period; no automatic cash refund is created by a plan change.

No plan accumulates credits beyond one month's allowance. Starter, Pro and Ultra can hold up to 1x their monthly credits: the monthly refill tops you up to your allowance, and anything above that cap is not added. If retained credits are ever above a new plan's cap, you keep them, but future monthly grants pause until your plan credit balance drops below the cap.

Every paid plan includes an AI assistant that follows your project across chat, Spaces and Scripts. It helps plan, write and create, with no monthly limit. AI assistance is separate from your generation credits.

AI assistance is included with Starter, Pro and Ultra, with no monthly limit, and never spends your generation credits. Only generations (images, videos, audio and guided videos) use credits, and their price is always shown before anything is spent.

The table shows selected models available in Rivo today. Each row uses the listed settings and the same credit quote as the app to show the cost of one generation and how many such runs fit into each plan's monthly credits. A complete video usually combines several generations. Duration, resolution, quality and reference media can change the cost.

The plan cards show approximate finished videos based on a representative creation workflow, including multiple image, video and editing runs. They are planning estimates, not a fixed number of exports: the model and settings you choose determine actual credit use. The comparison table shows individual generations so you can plan your own mix.

Yes. Create one project per client and paste their website, Instagram or TikTok so Rivo learns their brand. What you make is yours to deliver and charge for. You are responsible for having your client's permission to use their logo, photos and other materials. What is not allowed is reselling access to Rivo itself, such as your account, your credits or Rivo's generation as a tool for others.

A free account includes 1 project; Starter includes 3 active projects, Pro includes 10 and Ultra unlimited. A project can be anything: a business, a client, a product or your own idea, each with its own videos, chats and files. Workspaces inside a project are unlimited on every paid plan.

Every account includes total storage for uploads and saved generations: 500 MB on a free account, 100 GB on Starter, 500 GB on Pro and 1 TB on Ultra. You can see usage on the Assets page. When you reach your limit, new uploads and generations pause until you free up space or upgrade; your existing files are not deleted.

Deleting a workspace removes it and the files uploaded into it. Its generations stay in your Assets unless you choose to delete them too, and files you moved or use elsewhere are always kept. Deleting a project removes its workspaces; by default the project's assets are deleted with it, and you can instead choose to keep them — they then move to your general Assets library. Deleting a single asset from the library removes that file permanently. We never keep hidden copies of deleted content.

If you cancel, you keep access through the paid period already covered by your subscription. Once the subscription is canceled, paid plan benefits and monthly grants stop, but your remaining credit balance stays on your account. Those credits can still be used under the limits and model access available to Free accounts. If you subscribe again on a plan with a lower cap than your retained plan credits, we do not remove the excess; new monthly grants resume only after your plan credit balance drops below that cap.

Yes, with an active paid subscription. Packs are one-time purchases from the credits page and are added only after Whop confirms payment. You can buy only the packs made for your current plan.

You can generate as many assets as you'd like simultaneously. However, generation speeds may vary depending on the underlying AI provider's demand and queues. In times of high traffic, some generations may be queued or temporarily unavailable, but your credits are never deducted for failed generations.

Projects, scripts, uploads and generations are private by default. People you authorize can see content you share. If you contract Done For You, authorized Rivo team members can access the information needed to build and operate that service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No. RIVO uses third-party generation APIs to fulfill your requests. Your prompts, images, videos, and project context are used to generate the assets you request and are not used by us to train foundational AI models.

No — canceling a subscription does not delete your projects or creations. You can still view and download them. If you choose to delete a project or generation yourself, those files are permanently removed from storage. We may remove content from inactive accounts after extended periods of inactivity, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If a generation fails—whether because a prompt violates safety guidelines, a model is temporarily unavailable, or any other error occurs—your credits will not be deducted. You will simply be notified that there was an error with your request, and your credit balance will remain intact.

Subscription and credit pack purchases are generally final because generation uses paid compute resources. You can request a review through Whop, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's policies. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and keeps access through its paid period.
